Je suis très satisfaite de ce produit. Dosette facile à prendre. Pour moi, c'est le soir après le brossage des dents. L'ensemble des probiotiques qu'il contient renforce l'hygiène buccale et apporte de bonnes bactéries nécessaires à la flore buccale.
