Subscription

A subscription means you 'subscribe' to one or more products (ie, you opt to receive them on a recurring basis).

• By subscribing, you save 8% on top of your usual discounts on each delivery.
• You no longer have to worry about reordering your nutrients, they'll be sent to you automatically at the delivery interval you have specified.
• You can, at any time, change the frequency of deliveries and number of products delivered, or cancel your subscription altogether.
• Subscription to a product is automatically cancelled if the product is discontinued.
• We will let you know if the price of one of your subscription products has been increased and you can choose to either cancel your subscription to this product or continue at the new price.
• If a product is out of stock, the subscription will be paused and resume automatically from the next due date once the item is back in stock. Subscriptions are automatically cancelled in the case of problems with payment.
• A subscription can only be associated with one delivery address, though you can have several different subscriptions to different addresses.
• Recurring payments are processed under the same secure conditions as normal orders via our usual secure payment providers. No sensitive data is passed on or stored on our servers.
• The 'subscription' discount cannot be combined with discounts reserved for professionals.
