Ich nehme die Kapseln erst seit ca. 12 Monaten. Ob sich durch das Enzym Katalase im weiteren Verlauf ein nachhaltiger und positiver Effekt feststellen lässt, bleibt weiterhin abzuwarten. Meine These ist, dass sich im fortgeschrittenem Alter bereits derart große Mengen an Wasserstoffperoxid im menschlichen Körper angesammelt haben, dass es mitunterJahre oder sogar Jahrzehnte (je nach Alterungsfortschritt) dauern kann, bis das angestaute Wasserstoffperoxid durch die Katalase in solch großen Mengen zersetzt bzw. abgebaut wurde, dass ein sichtbarer Effekt zum tragen kommt. Allerdings könnte es sein, dass eine langfristige Medikation sich auszahlt, da meiner Meinung nach das Wasserstoffperoxid nicht nur für das ergrauen der Haare, sondern als starkes und zunehmend in immer größeren Mengen im menschlichen Körper vorkommendes Oxidans, ebenfalls einer der, wenn nicht sogar *DER* Hauptagonist des Alterungsprozesses!?
